This introductory creative writing course at the School of the Arts (Rochester, NY) will introduce students to such topics as acting, performance poetry, speech communication, oral interpretation, and writing for a public forum. Writing for Publication will provide students with an understanding of the publishing world, encourage frequent submissions to various publications & contests, and develop word processing and design skills.

Montana 1948 - Test 10/27
Just a reminder that there is a test on Montana 1948 tomorrow, Oct. 24. Please be able to identify major characters, the setting, the plot, the central conflict, and be aware of the writing style and use of suspense in the novel.
Last night was very fun,and it was an experience to remember. My father and his close friend came last night and they both said that they enjoyed what you put together. My favorite poem was the slam poetry, it was very inspiring. Even though i was nervous to get up on stage, it was very fun.
